The staff were courteous, amicable, did all they can for an awesome stay. The breakfast was great and the parking was on-site...

The room here is spacious with a nice balcony, and they offer a fantastic breakfast with plenty of choices, a clean pool, and convenient on-site parking.

The staff are nice and courteous, managed the parking on-site. The rooms here are extremely spacious and luxurious with balcony. Great to have a laptop-size safe, multi-channel TV, and tea/coffee making equipment.

The hotel is conveniently located next to American Village, with a variety of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is also close to the sea, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have good sound isolation, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks excellent English. Additionally, guests have access to the facilities of the neighboring Hilton hotel, including multiple pools to enjoy. The breakfast spreads are delicious and there are options for various tastes.

Some guests were disappointed to find that certain facilities, such as the hotel bar and pool, were closed during their visit.

We had a fantastic time at a wonderful hotel with great amenities and services. the location was very convenient, as we were a short walk away from American village, with many different restaurants and shops. We also appreciated how close the hotel was to transportation options, as we were able to easily get to the airport in a well-priced taxi. we thoroughly enjoyed the main restaurant's breakfast, where we were able to start our day with a wide variety of delicious options.

We did have some difficulty with the selection at the nearby supermarket, which was quite limited.

The second floor ocean view rooms boast extended balconies with plants for added privacy. With a quiet atmosphere despite its proximity to the vibrant American Village, this hotel provides the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

Rooms are quiet with excellent sound isolation. Staff is helpful and multilingual. Location is great with ocean views. Buffet offered a variety of food options. Gym facilities were also available.

The hotel offers excellent service, with very friendly staff. I found the hotel's location to be very convenient, with a supermarket located within a ten-minute walk, and plenty of nearby dining options. The hotel has two large pools, with slides and lots of space to relax. I also appreciated the laundry room, as it allowed me to pack lighter for my trip.

While the hotel's location was convenient, I found that the surrounding area was not particularly Japanese or Okinawan in terms of cuisine. Additionally, the price of food at the hotel's restaurants was on the high side, so I ended up purchasing snacks and meals from the nearby supermarket.

The hotels by the beach were a great option for families with kids. We enjoyed the view from our room and the spaciousness of the room. the staff was very welcoming and attentive. Nearby restaurants offered a lot of options to have a bite.

The local food options left a lot to be desired, and the prices for the meals in the hotel were expensive, so we chose to buy cheaper food from a nearby Lawson. the local supermarket did not offer a great selection of products.

Hollywood-style bed was amazing. Rooms spacious, lunch menu fantastic. Hotel entrance stylish, staff friendly and helpful. Location short walk from American Village, sea views. Limousine bus shuttle service to airport convenient. Staff wonderful, helpful, professional, kind-hearted. Korean-speaking staff went above and beyond. Rooms modern, sound isolation good. Whole hotel non-smoking, balcony and terrace included. Fresh air enjoyed without second-hand smoke.
